This year marks the 50^{th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of legal abortion in Canada.\u00a0The Missing Project<\/em>\u00a0seeks to tell the story of abortion in Canada by featuring fifty stories of Canadians whose lives have been touched by it.<\/p>\n}

We are teaming up with organizations across Canada to film\u00a050 personal testimonies\u00a0<\/strong>showing how abortion has impacted the lives of Canadians. These short testimonies will be a free resource\u00a0suitable for training events, campaigns, conversations, social media and Bible studies.<\/p>\n

In addition to these testimonies, a\u00a090-minute documentary<\/strong>\u00a0film titled\u00a0The Missing Project<\/em> will tell the story of 50 years of missing children, mothers and fathers, missing health information, missing parental consent, missing conversations due to censorship, missing regulations, and missing support for those harmed and lost by abortion. It will answer the question\u00a0Why should we still care?<\/em><\/p>\n

While the mainstream media may celebrate the 50^{th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of legal abortion and try to muzzle this perspective,\u00a0The Missing Project<\/em>\u00a0will give a voice to each of us and tell the tale that no one else will tell. We are aiming for an ambitious release date of May 14th<\/sup>, 2019 (Mother\u2019s Day) for all 50 testimonies and the feature-length 90-minute documentary film.<\/p>\n}
